Atchison County Development Corporation (ACDC) Executive Director Monica Bailey was the guest speaker at the Tarkio Rotary Club meeting on March 27. She explained about the new ACDC grant for Atchison County youth called Make AC Beautiful. It is an opportunity for local youth to engage in a project to improve the place where they live.
