The Atchison County Historical Society’s current cemetery book “Gone But Not Forgotten Revised Edition” was recently delivered to Tarkio from the Walsworth Publishing Company at Marceline, Missouri. Many of the books that were pre-ordered and paid for have been delivered. Rock Port area residents who haven’t received their copy(ies) may pick them up at the Rock Port Library. Copies of the books are still available and can be obtained by calling Historical Society Treasurer Delores Harrington in Tarkio at 660-736-4680.
