We have all heard children say: “I am so bored!” The Salvation Army has a cure for summertime boredom – camp! Service Extension Camp will be held June 26-29, 2018, at Three Trails Camp. This year’s theme is “Greater Things.”
Service Extension camp is for children ages 8-12. The cost is only $20 and children are transported to and from camp. This camp is four days and three nights. There are many different tracks the kids can be a part of: Bible, Team Building, Outdoor Nature and Music.
Special programs are planned each evening, along with free time to explore the pool, game room, archery, ziplining, and many other things.
Three meals per day are provided, along with a sweet shop where children can purchase snacks.
The staff and volunteers are trained in the Safe from Harm program, and a nurse is available 24/7 as well as lifeguards and counselors.
A few scholarships are available, but registration ends Friday, May 11, 2018.
