Tarkio and Rock Port first graders visited Community Hospital-Fairfax for the annual Mary Combs Memorial Pediatric Orientation on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. Students and their teachers, Mrs. Hull and Mrs. Ohrt, Tarkio, and Mrs. Bredensteiner and Mrs. Waigand, Rock Port, toured the hospital and met with staff from lab, nursing and radiology. Students especially enjoyed seeing x-rays and riding in a wheelchair. Each student took home a goody bag full of items to “play” hospital.
