Colette Rogers of Oswald Crow Agency in Rock Port, Mo., participated in Grinnell Mutual’s Commercial Lines Academy on April 9-12. Rogers joined agents from around the company’s writing territory to learn more about Grinnell Mutual’s commercial products, services, and operations in Grinnell, Iowa.
“The Commercial Lines Academy is designed for Grinnell Mutual to build rapport with our independent agents and to introduce them to our commercial products,” Sales Director Bill Gallagher said. “We had a great group of agents attend this year’s program and we hope this training program has provided agents with new tools to service commercial accounts.”
