Chance Hecker,15, a freshman at Troy High School, Troy, Kansas, was inducted into the National Honor Society on April 24, 2018, at Troy High School.
Chance is the son of Bill Hecker, St. Joseph, Mo., and Missy and Mike Foley, Troy. Chance’s maternal grandparents are Bob and Paulette Galgano, King City, Mo. His paternal grandparents are Larry and Patty Hecker and Bobbie and Jim Schooler, all of Fairfax, Mo.
Chance is also a member of the Troy High School track team.
