The following incarcerations were recorded April 29 – May 5, 2018, at the Atchison County Jail in Rock Port, Missouri:
Tommy Collins, 43, Norfolk, Nebraska, was arrested May 2, 2018, at 11 p.m. by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office for: Burglary 1st degree and possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.
Austin Meyers, 23, Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested May 3, 2018, at 6:23 p.m. at mile marker 117 on I-29 by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for: DWI, operate vehicle on highway without a valid license, failed to drive on right half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width resulting in an accident and making false report.
Nicholas Lanctot, 39, Greeley, Colorado, was arrested May 5, 2018, at 4 p.m. at northbound mile marker 101 on I-29 by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for: Possession of marijuana/synthetic cannibinoid of 10 grams or less, operate vehicle on highway without a valid license, exceeded posted speed limit, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and failed to display plates on motor vehicle/trailer.
