Payten Shrader, 11, and Brylea Shrader, 8, of Rock Port traveled to Orlando, Florida, this month to compete with hundreds of cheer squads from across the country.
The girls are members of the Mega Blaze youth cheer team in St. Joseph, Mo. Their team competed at the ESPN Complex at Walt Disney World. They missed advancing in the competition by just one point, however, making it to the D2 Summit is a huge accomplishment and a great experience for the girls and their team.
Payten and Brylea are daughters of Jordan Shrader and Kayti Shrader of Rock Port, Mo.
