2018 graduate Abbie Hale stands by her new Rock Port High School record in the 300 meter hurdles.  On May 5, 2018, Abbie ran the 300 hurdles in a time of 46.88 at the District track meet.  She broke the previous time of 47.19 set by Megan Stevens at the 2017 State Track meet.  At the 2018, Class 1, Missouri State High School Championships on May 19, 2018, Abbie broke her own record with a time of 46.59.  Abbie is the daughter of Trevor and Cassie Hale.
