The City of Fairfax is announcing a big spring clean. The Fairfax City Council is on a push to clean up Fairfax. Join this movement and get rid of your trash. There have been many new and exciting changes in the town of Fairfax lately – a farmer’s market, fourth Saturday vendor fair, and a new playground.
The City of Fairfax wants to continue this positive movement with some small-town pride. Look around the outside of your house, and if you have items laying around, gather them up and take them to the dump!
A dumpster will be available Friday, June 15, through Sunday, June 17, at the south side of the city barn from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (near the fire station).
A complete list of what can be accepted and what cannot be accepted will be advertised in the Atchison County Mail closer to the date. You bring it down, and the City of Fairfax will pay to haul it off!
