Alan Bradfield, St. Joseph, is retiring from the HNB National Bank after 35 years in the banking industry. There will be a reception in his honor from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, June 15, at the HNB National Bank, 1601 Riverside Road.
Alan served six years in the Kansas Army National Guard. He received his degree from Tarkio College and later taught economics at his alma mater for more than two years before starting a career in banking in 1982. His family includes his wife, Judy, and children, Dawn (Derek) Davis of Fairfax, Missouri, and Eric Bradfield of Fort Riley, Kansas. Grandchildren include Amber (James) Zumbrunnen and their son, Jackson; and Baylee Lewis (Tristan Ray). The Bradfields are planning an Alaska cruise later this month and then may go to California.
