A total of 28 citations and 46 warnings were issued in conjunction with a hazardous moving enforcement operation in Atchison and Holt counties on June 17, 2018. Also, one person was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Totals from this enforcement effort include:
• 20 speed citations
•3 other hazardous moving violation citations
• 3  non-moving violation citations
• 1 no insurance citation
• 1 following too closely citation
• 1 arrest for driving while intoxicated
“The result of this operation is an example of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s commitment to keeping our roadways safe through strict enforcement,” said Captain McDonald.
