Tabitha and Levi Carter of Burlington Junction, Missouri, are pleased to announce the birth of their baby girl, Nova Joyce Carter. Nova was born at 5:39 a.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at Community Hospital-Fairfax in Fairfax, Missouri. She weighed six pounds and one ounce.
