Chad Gray, Atchison County agent for the Missouri Department of Conservation, was the guest speaker at the Tuesday, July 31, 2018, Tarkio Rotary Club meeting. He noted that Atchison County is a hunter’s paradise. He is planning a Mourning Dove clinic for youth on September 2 at Bilby Ranch Conservation Area.
