Tammy Grossman of Tarkio is inspiring women of Atchison County and beyond with shirts she is selling to raise funds for the Atchison County, Missouri, Salvation Army. The shirts, which read Goals Make The Girl and Inhale Confidence Exhale Doubt started out as a personal mantra for Tammy, who was preparing for an upcoming 5K. She then had the idea to use her shirt as a fundraiser for a local organization which helps in a variety of ways and decided on The Salvation Army. This program is not there to only assist in emergency situations, it also helps out people in need of everyday assistance.
