Wolves and Jays medal individually

The 275 Conference Cross Country Meet was held Thursday, October 11, 2018, in Tarkio. It was a chilly, but clear day for a run!

The Rock Port Lady Blue Jays earned the 275 Conference Champs title with four of their runners earning top 10 placements and their fifth placing 15th. Aubrey Watkins placed 3rd with a time of 21:35. Brianna Maxwell placed 5th with a time of 23:12. Sophie Brumbaugh placed 7th with a time of 23:17. Aubrey, Brianna, and Sophie medaled. Emma Pankau placed 10th with a time of 24:39. Harlee Pritt placed 15th with a time of 27:12.

The Rock Port Blue Jays placed 3rd as a team with two runners placing in the top 10. Alex Dewhirst placed 4th with a time of 18:51. Gage Maxwell placed 8th with a time of 19:36. Both earned a medal. Other Rock Port runners included: Ethan Brumbaugh, 20th, 22:06; Cody Davis, 22nd, 24:06; and Fischer Tharp, 25th, 25:02.

The East Atchison Wolves had two runners medal. Zach Garrison placed 5th with a time of 19:07 and Hunter Bennett placed 7th with a time of 19:24. Thomas Danielson finished 26th with a time of 28:41.

The East Atchison Lady Wolves had three runners compete in the event: Hannah Brown, 17th, 30:09; Haley Garrison, 18th, 32:02; and Madison Lesher, 20th, 42:51.

The Rock Port and East Atchison runners will compete in Class 1, District 8 competition October 27 at Donaldson Westside Park in Maryville, Missouri.

Aubrey Watkins placed 3rd with a time of 21:35.

Brianna Maxwell placed 5th with a time of 23:12.

Sophie Brumbaugh placed 7th with a time of 23:17.

Emma Pankau placed 10th with a time of 24:39.

Harlee Pritt placed 15th with a time of 27.12.

Alex Dewhirst placed 4th with a time of 18:51.

Zach Garrison placed 5th with a time of 19:07.

Hunter Bennett placed 7th with a time of 19:24.

Gage Maxwell placed 8th with a time of 19:36.

Ethan Brumbaugh placed 20th with a time of 22:06.

Cody Davis placed 22nd with a time of 24:06.

Fischer Tharp placed 25th with time of 25:02.

Thomas Danielson placed 26th with a time of 28:41.

Hannah Brown placed 17th with a time of 30:09.

Haley Garrison placed 18th with a time of 32:02.

Madison Lesher placed 20th with a time of 42:51.
