It will be a fun night of local history for children Saturday, October 20, 6:30 – 8 p.m., at the Holt County Historical Society’s Depot Museum in Mound City. Children of all ages are invited to bring a flashlight (and an adult) and explore the museum.

Searching throughout the building, they will discover exciting artifacts and locate history items along with fun prizes. The building will not be in total darkness and volunteers will be located throughout to offer guidance.

Toasting marshmallows, (weather permitting), cupcakes, and other stuff will add to the fun night. There is no admission charge.
