Individual awards were presented to: Most Improved – Haley Garrison; Determination Award – Hunter Bennett; and MVP – Zach Garrison. The season ended with two runners, Zach Garrison and Hunter Bennett, qualifying for and competing at State.

Those football players who earned post-season honors included: Briacin Bywater – 1st Team 275 All-Conference Offense Running Back and 1st Team 275 All-Conference Special Teams Kicker; Gage McAdams – 1st Team 275 All-Conference Offense End/WR, 1st Team 275 All-Conference Defensive Back, and 1st Team 275 All-Conference Special Teams Punter; Wyatt Gray – 1st Team 275 All-Conference Offensive Line; Ian Hedlund – 1st Team 275 All-Conference Defensive Line; Garrett Meyer – 1st Team 275 All-Conference Defensive Linebacker; and Jake McEnaney – 2nd Team 275 All-Conference Offense Quar-terback.

Cheerleading Coach Erica Taylor recognized this year’s football cheerleaders. They included: *Skye Clark, *Jaden Goodin, *Katie Hall, *Emily Vance, *Sophia Martin, *Taylor Stanton, *Alli Yates, *Mc-Kenzie Frohn, *Gena Mitchell, and *Shelbey Morris. Individual awards were presented to: MVP – Skye Clark; and Spirit Stick – McKenzie Frohn.

Head Coach Stephanie Parsons recognized this year’s East Atchison Lady Wolves Volleyball Team members. They included: *Cheyenne Gray, *Lily Graves, *McKenzie Hines, *Sophia Martin, *Cat Prater, *Grace Martin, *Brynnan Pop-pa, *Jesse Graves, Lily Steeby, *Jaycee Graves, *Ella Rolf, Anna Klute, Jayden Viets, and *Kilea Cooper. The girls had a very successful season, going 19-9 overall, being named 275 Conference Champs with an 11-1 Conference record and earning 2nd place in Class 1 Districts. Coach Parsons said, “I truly enjoyed stepping into this role this year and thank the girls for the work they put into this season. We had a successful season with some very talented athletes.” Individual awards were presented to: Jaycee Graves – Most Kills (134); Grace Martin – Most Digs (268) and MVP; Brynnan Poppa – Most Aces (46) and Most Assists (379); Cat Prater – Most Blocks (26); and Cheyenne Gray – Most Improved. Those volleyball players who earned post-season honors included: Jaycee Graves – unanimous decision All-District 1st Team, 1st Team District Tournament Team, and 275 Conference 1st Team; Grace Martin – All-District 1st Team, 1st Team District Tournament Team, and 275 Conference 1st Team; Ella Rolf – All-District 2nd Team, 2nd Team District Tournament Team, and 275 Conference 2nd Team; Brynnan Poppa – All-District 2nd Team, 2nd Team District Tournament Team, and 275 Conference 2nd Team; and Cat Prater – All-District 2nd Team and 275 Conference Honorable Mention.

Individual awards were presented to: Haley Garrison – Most Improved; Hunter Bennett – Determination Award; and Zach Garrison – MVP. This season, two EA runners qualified for and competed in State. They were Hunter Bennett and Zach Garrison.

Coach Terry Wooten recognized this year’s East Atchison Girls’ Golf Team. Team members included: *Jae Barnett, *Chloe Bruns, *Kaely Kirwan, *Brooke Lee, *Stormy Nordhausen, *Bryli Staten, and *Ashlynn Meyer. Individual awards were presented to: Jae Barnett – Most Improved; and Chloe Bruns and Kaely Kirwan – MVP. The girls had a great season! The girls won the EA Tournament for the 2nd year in a row and they won the Johnson County Tournament for the 14th year in a row. Chloe Bruns, Kaely Kirwan, and Jae Barnett qualified for Sectionals and Kaely qualified for state. Coach Terry Wooten said, “I couldn’t have asked for a better group of girls! They worked hard, tried their best, and were encouraging to everyone.”
