Old Fashioned Saturday Night had a good turnout. The only change that should be made next year for the ball drop would be to have the balls separated beforehand according to the number of age groups.

The Quilt Show/Vendor Market also had a great turnout. Overall there were 77 quilts entered, 170+ individuals who signed the guest book, and 25 vendor booths with an additional two food vendors. There were two groups who spoke, Watson Quilters and Piecemakers. Medals were presented to quilts over several categories.

The Wind Turbine Look-Out was discussed. Since there are plans to redo the landscaping, Holly Huntley moved to offer any donated items at the site back to the individuals who donated them. Angela Mace seconded. All votes aye.

A vacant position currently exists within the Tourism Board. Board members have decided to reach out to community members in search of interested individuals.

The next meeting date will be held Tuesday December 4, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.

The meeting was then adjourned.
