Chad Higdon, Chief Executive Officer of Second Harvest Community Food Bank in St. Joseph, Missouri, was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club on November 27. Second Harvest serves 19 counties and is one of six food banks in Missouri and one of 200 food banks in the United States.
