Tarkio Elementary hosted a STEM Night for students and parents November 28, 2018. There were over 90 people in attendance.
Families enjoyed a light meal before participating in a variety of activities: stacking cups to make a Christmas tree, creating a marshmallow catapult, building sugar cube igloos, constructing a Christmas tree out of pipe cleaners, assembling gumdrop and toothpick trees and towers, making slime and putting together marble works tracks. It’s obvious the kids had a blast, including Brinkley Wright and Layla Livengood at the cup Christmas tree and Faith Bennett and Mame Dow at the gumdrop tower. (Photos submitted by Kari Taylor)
