Northwest Missouri Industries is the place to go this holiday season for many great gift ideas and holiday decor. Poinsettias, trees, wreaths, and handmade gifts are all available. Shop there Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. NWMI provided decorated trees as a service for businesses and individuals. For a small fee, they delivered live, fully decorated trees and will pick up and dispose of them at the end of the season. Shown above is the Atchison County Mail’s tree.

Everyone at Northwest Missouri Industries, Inc. (NWMI) is hard at work to ensure there is something for everyone on your Christmas list.

The greenhouse is full of poinsettias in a variety of colors, including white, pink, the traditional red and beautiful bouquets of “snow bell”
poinsettias, which are covered in sparkles. Poinsettias and wreaths make a great gift and the workshop delivers in  Atchison County for a small fee. Scottish Pine and firs are available, as well as fresh Scottish Pine wreaths.

Other gift ideas include hand painted decorative plates, donated to the workshop by award winning local artist Charlene Didlo from Tarkio.

There are many Christmas decor items made by members of the workshop, including snowmen and clay pot figurines. Inside the greenhouse shop are galvanized buckets, hanging baskets, gift wrap and much more.

Another holiday activity that has NWMI busy are the Christmas trees that are being delivered and decorated for several businesses. For just $60.00 NWMI offers to bring a real Christmas tree to homes or businesses, set them up, decorate them with their decorations and take down and dispose of the tree, making holiday decorating easy for busy patrons.

Northwest Missouri Industries, Inc. is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
