Tristan Struthers (pictured at left) shows his family the game he created using coding for his Project Lead the Way (PLTW) project. Second graders learned about the sequence and structure required in computer programs and worked in teams to build tablet games. For the class PLTW project, their theme was “Pushes and Pulls.” Some of the highlight activities were playing Human Hungry Hungry Hippos, tug ‘o war, domino collisions and trying out various sports equipment.
