The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a local public hearing in Rock Port, Missouri, on January 14, 2019, in a case filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri which seeks Commission authority and a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, own and operate an approximate 157 megawatt wind generation facility in Atchison County. The local public hearing schedule appears below:

January 14 – Rock Port. University of Missouri – Atchison County Extension, 201 E. Highway 136 (large meeting room). A PSC Staff public information/question and answer session starts at 12:00 p.m. with the Commission receiving testimony from the public following the question and answer session.

This local public hearing will be held in a facility that meets the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
