The East Atchison Wolves Varsity Baseball Team competed in their first game of the season on Tuesday, March 19, in St. Joseph, Missouri. St. Joe Christian pulled away early with two points scored from a single in the second inning and eventually won the game 2-0.

Individual EA results follow: Zach Garrison – 2 strikeouts, 2 putouts; Carter Holecek – 2 strikeouts; Tyler Brown – 2 strikeouts, 2 putouts; Jake McEnaney – 1 strikeout, 1.0 inning pitched (3 strikeouts); Gage McAdams – 2 strikeouts, 5.0 innings pitched (2 hits, 5 base on balls, 4 strikeouts, 2 runs, 2 earned runs); Gus Hurst – 3 strikeouts, 3 putouts; Kea-ton Williams – 8 putouts; Max Hopkins – 2 strikeouts, 1 putout; Aaron Schlueter – 2 strikeouts; and Tony Skeen – 2 putouts and 1 error.

The East Atchison Jr. Varsity Baseball Team also competed against St. Joseph Christian, losing 0-2.
