Lee Edward Stevens, 88, Tarkio, Missouri, passed away March 23, 2019, at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, Missouri.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio.

Private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Home Cemetery, Tarkio.

Open visitation begins at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday at Davis Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
