State vs. Clifford S. Chaney: Criminal setting for Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana. Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears by Attorney Euler and case continued to May 7, 2019, at 9:00 a.m.

State vs. Angelina B. Coffelt: Arraignment of charges of Arson – 2nd Degree, Property Damage 1st Degree. Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears with Attorney Euler, waives arraignment and enters a plea of not guilty. Case continued to June 4, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. which is the last day for accepting a binding plea.

State vs. Brandon R. Joyner: Arraignment for charge of Delivery Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana Or Synthetic Cannabinoid.Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears with Attorney Matheson. An Amended Information is filed by the PA. Evidence heard and the Defendant with a plea agreement, pleas guilty to the amended charge. The Court accepts the plea agreement and finds defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Sentencing set for May 7, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. A $4,500.00 signature bond will be accepted.

State vs. David N. Lewis: Arraignment for charges of Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears without an attorney and cause continued to May 7, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. with an attorney to appear.

State vs. Ronald G. Schebaum: Probation violation hearing for charge of Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana. Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears, admits violation of probation. Evidence is heard and the Defendant is ordered to serve 96 hours shock in the Atchison County Jail.

State vs. Kaley Struthers: Sentencing hearing for charge of Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Case called.
