David Allen Hatcher was born July 8, 1959, in Fairfax, Missouri. He grew up in Rock Port, Missouri, and married Christy Armstrong on December 31, 1982. They lived in Omaha, Nebraska, and for the last 20 years have lived in Stillwater, Minnesota. David passed away suddenly on April 11, 2019.

David is survived by his wife, Christy Hatcher; children: Lindsey Hatcher, Miles Hatcher, and Kelsey Hatcher of Stillwater, Minnesota; four grandchildren: Devontae, Julian, Adriannah, and Braxton; and one brother, Larry Hatcher of Wylie, Texas.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Dora Inez (Perry) Hatcher and Jesse Hatcher; brothers, Dennis, Kenny, and Bob; and sister, Juanita Moreland.
