Northwest Missouri Area Agency on Aging benefits specialists are available to meet with older adults and people with disabilities to see if they qualify for benefits they may not be aware of, and to help them submit applications. 

Programs include SNAP “Food Stamps,” extra help with Medicare Part D, Medicare savings programs, MO Health Net, LIHEAP (energy assistance) MO Property Tax Credit and Medicare counseling.
