Connie S. (Foster) Horning, 72, Rock Port, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Community Hospital-Fairfax, Fairfax, Missouri.

A graveside memorial service and inurnment will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Riverton Cemetery, Riverton, Iowa. There is no visitation. Memorials may be directed to the Rock Port Nutrition Center.
