The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a local public hearing in Rock Port, Missouri, on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, in a case filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri which seeks commission authority and a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, own and operate an approximate 299 megawatt wind generation facility (known as the Outlaw Project) in Atchison County.
The public hearing will be held in the large meeting room at the University of Missouri Atchison County Extension Office, 201 Highway 136 East. A PSC staff public information/question and answer session starts at 12:00 p.m. with the commission receiving testimony from the public following the question and answer session.
This local public hearing will be held in a facility that meets the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
