Chelsea and Chance Clement of Skidmore, Missouri, are pleased to announce the birth of their baby girl, Chanleigh Jayne Clement. Chanleigh was born at 8:18 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2019, at Community Hospital-Fairfax in Fairfax, Missouri. She weighed 7 pounds and 9 ounces. Besides her parents, Chanleigh is welcomed home by brother, Jack Clement, 22 months.

Maternal grandparents are John and Becky Byland of Maryville, Missouri. Paternal grandparents are Bill and Lesa Arthaud of St. Joseph, Missouri. Maternal great-grandparents are Paulette Byland of Maryville and Sue Winch of Altus, Oklahoma.
