Muriel Elizabeth “Beth” (Solzman) Underwood, 85, wife of Raymond Underwood, passed away August 2, 2019, in Rock Port, Missouri.

Beth was an avid reader, accomplished pianist, and artist. She grew up in Hamburg, Iowa, along with her younger siblings, Claire Solzman and Margaret (Solzman) Benson.

She is survived by her three children, Shawn, Shannon and Mianne.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 8, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Rock Port Baptist Church. The family will greet friends following the services. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Rock Port. Memorials may be directed to the Atchison County Library or the Rock Port Senior Center.
