Shelby Hurst hits her second shot on the number two fairway at the CommuniTEE Golf Benefit Classic.
The 28th annual CommuniTEE Golf Benefit Classic was held Friday and Saturday, August 23 and 24, at the Mound City Golf and Country Club. A total of 225 golfers and volunteers came together in support of Community Hospital-Fairfax and the Community Healthcare Foundation with the goal of raising money toward lifesaving equipment and technology. The tournament was a huge success due to all of the sponsors, volunteers and golfers.
Teams from all over northwest Missouri came together for the two-day tournament and greatly enjoyed the beautiful golf course and the company of friends and family. Golfers were gifted with a Community Hospital-Fairfax first aid kit, color changing cup and were treated to a delicious dinner at The Klub Saturday evening following play.
