The Rock Port Park Board met Thursday, August 15, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at Rock Port High School. Members present were Katy Kroeger, Jill Lager, Tisha Jackson, Tawni Ellis, Lisa Farmer, Shauna Farmer, and Devon Sons. Sheena Roup was absent.

The July 22, 2019, meeting minutes and the July financials were also approved.

The pool committee was discussed and will be getting formed soon.

The ACDC Beautification Grant was discussed by Tawni Ellis.

Everything has been put away in the pool area. The city has been notified they can shut everything down associated with the pool.

Park fence repair was discussed. Weeds in the mulch of the play area need to be taken care of.

Mackenzie Dougherty contacted Devon Sons about Lucky Clovers sealing the picnic tables. The pool vacuum needs to be looked at to see if a new filter and new vacuum head would fix the vacuum or if a new one needs to be purchased.

The next meeting will be Monday, September 23, 2019, at 7:00 p.m.
