Rock Port Elementary held its first Energy Bus program of the year on Tuesday, September 2, 2019. Principal Steve Waigand is an Energy Bus Chief Relationship Officer and Facilitator. He attends programs and leadership meetings focused on bringing positive thoughts and exercises back to Rock Port Elementary. The kick-off Energy Bus program introduced the first principle of Energy Bus, “You’re The Driver.” Many of the kids in the audience raised their hands and explained that being the driver of your own energy bus means driving your bus in the right direction and being responsible for your own actions. Energy Bus programs will be ongoing at Rock Port Elementary all year.
