Steven George Dallis, 90, of Tarkio, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Community Hospital-Fairfax, Fairfax, Missouri. Steven was the son of Charles and Stella (Meatkewicz) Dallis and was born on November 24, 1928, in New York City, New York.  Memorials may be directed to the Tarkio Nutrition Center.  A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
