The food pantry that serves Tarkio, Westboro and Fairfax, now located at 315 Main Street in Tarkio, will have an open house on Sunday, September 29, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. There will be a short dedication service at 3:00 p.m. The community responded beyond the expectations of the food pantry board when the decision was made to relocate the pantry and demolish the old building. Folks were very generous with their money, equipment, time and talents and the board is so thankful and appreciative of the efforts of those who made this project possible. We hope the community will come see the pantry in its new home.
