If you are a homeowner affected by the flood and if your home is in the special flood hazard area and was damaged by the flooding events starting March 15, 2019, and continuing, a damage assessment must be conducted by the Atchison County Floodplains Administrator before any repair work is done according to the Atchison County Floodplains Ordinance.
