Nan Stepp, a member of Tarkio Renewal, spoke to Tarkio Rotarians on October 8, 2019, about the property improvement grant program sponsored by Tarkio Renewal. It is a 50/50 match for any exterior project for homes or businesses in Tarkio. Tarkio Renewal re-ceives their operating funds from donations.
