The Fairfax FCCLA chapter joined other schools in Region 1 to attend the annual meeting October 16 on the Northwest Missouri State University campus at the Ron Houston Center of Performing Arts. This year’s theme was “A Clue into Leadership.”

The meeting was conducted by this year’s Region 1 executive council with president Mariha Taylor presiding. During the meeting, members met up with other Region 1 members to network, and enjoyed entertainment, a regional slide show, update on activities and dates of conferences. A guest speaker, Randy Andrews, inspired the members to clue into their leadership potential.

The Region 1 meeting was enjoyed by the members of FCCLA and they are excited to see what this year holds for the chapter.
