Allen-Schiffern American Legion Post #199 and Unit #199 are hosting their 53rd Annual Turkey Dinner at the Tarkio Legion Building (3rd and Broad streets) Sunday, November 3, 2019. From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., stop by and dine on delicious turkey, dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, salads, desserts, and rolls. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children 3-10 years of age.

Deliveries will be made to shut-ins only, but you must call before 10:00 a.m. (660-736-4411). Carry-outs are available before 11:00 a.m., but if it’s after 11:00 a.m. you will have to go through the line.

Each year, a few hundred people attend this yummy event, so be sure to bring your appetite!
