RyAnne Herron, Rock Port, won first place in the Youth category.

The Rock Port Tourism Board hosted its 6th Annual Quilt Show and Vendor Market Saturday, October 26, 2019, at the Rock Port High School. Over 200 guests visited the event, where beautiful quilts were on display, and vendors were selling crafts and home business items.

Star Ann Kloberdanz presented a Trunk Show and Rachel Andrew of “It’s Sew Rachel” gave a presentation on quilt dresses.

Quilts of Valor were presented to Dennis Christians, Kenny Lee, Martin Addington, Steve Duren, Jim Jochim, Gary Hughes, Jake McCall, Jim Lewis, and Mary Kahn.

Visitors were asked to vote on their favorite quilt. The Viewers’ Choice went to Alyce Sickel, Salem, Nebraska.
