The Tarkio Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the Halloween Parade Thursday, October 31, in Tarkio. Spooks and characters are encouraged to join in the contest. Due to the weather forecast, the parade will take place at the Community Building. Registration begins at 3:30 p.m. and the parade will begin at 4:00 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for winners in categories infant to 6th grade.

The Tarkio Nutrition Center (located at 412 Main Street) is hosting a chili supper on Thursday, October 31. Stop by after the Halloween Parade and dine on delicious chili and cinnamon rolls from 4:00-6:00 p.m. There will also be candy for the kids. Free will donations will be accepted.
