The 2019 Rock Port/Watson Adopt-A-family program has started. There are many families, children, and elderly citizens who need your help this holiday season!

There are currently 17 children who need gifts, 11 families who need food baskets, and seven elderly citizens who need food baskets.

The current list of children who need to be adopted includes the following:

L2 – Girl, age 9 months

N3 – Girl, age 2

L1 – Boy, age 2

B2 – Boy, age 2

F2 – Boy, age 2

H1 – Boy, age 3

J3 – Girl, age 4

B1 – Boy, age 5

N2 – Boy, age 5

N1 – Girl, age 6

F1 – Boy, age 6

C2 – Girl, age 8

H2 – Boy, age 8

L3 – Boy, age 9

J2 – Girl, age 10

C1 – Boy, age 13

J1 – Girl, age 13

Registration for the Rock Port/Watson Adopt-A-Family program has begun and will continue through November 28. Registration will take place at Community Services in Tarkio (322 Main, phone 660-736-4646), or at the United Methodist Church office in  Rock Port (211 W. Opp, phone 660-744-2101).

Individuals and/or organizations wishing to “adopt” may also do so by visiting the UMC office Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
