Michan Noland and Jeremiah Riggins of Tarkio, Missouri, are pleased to announce the birth of their baby boy, Raxtin Russell Riggins. Raxtin was born at 4:23 p.m. on January 31, 2020, at Community Hospital-Fairfax in Fairfax, Missouri. He weighed eight pounds and three ounces. Besides his parents, Raxtin is welcomed home by sister, Kenisyn, age seven.

Maternal grandparents are Donny and Kristy Noland of Tarkio and Jennifer and Chris Freeman of Maryville, Missouri. Paternal grandparents are Becky and Russ Alley of Tarkio. Maternal great-grandparents are Sandy and Dale Oliphant of Hamburg, Iowa, Stephen Grimes of Marion, Ohio, and Linda Maletsidis of Pensacola, Florida.
