Growers have been contacting the University of Missouri Extension office asking several questions regarding pesticide labels. First, dicamba training is required yearly and growers will be able to access MU’s growth regulator training in February. The training is currently being updated. In addition, growers can obtain dicamba training through manufacturers.

In addition, applicators must complete Enlist 360 training prior to using Enlist One or Enlist Duo. DuPont has an online training module. Also, training will on-line will be available through MU in February which is a dicamba and 2,4-D choline combined training.

There are new changes to the paraquat label. The label has been amended so all certified applicators much successfully complete an approved EPA training program before mixing, loading and applying paraquat. This training can be found and accessed through EPA.
