The TEC Club met Tuesday, February 10, 2020, at the home of Susan Braams on a day that hinted of springtime. However, three of the members were absent because of health problems, so we welcomed Sidney Cooper, Marie Adams and Sharon Smith to join the fun. Sid was one of our first members until she let work interfere. She hadn’t forgotten the game,  winning  second high score with Marie Adams, another sub, winning high. Sharon Smith had low, going set too many times. She helps us out so many times right at the last minute so we really appreciate her.

Susan was hostess and kept with the Valentine theme serving heart-shaped Valentine’s Day Ding Dongs and Hy-Vee’s red velvet frosted cookies. Chit-chat was about scheduling with the March 10 meeting cancelled for elections. Then we turned to family relationships, Susan’s music programs, new homes, icy roads, and our usual “take care” as we reluctantly parted company.
