The Rock Port FFA Chapter kicked off National FFA Week with the annual tractor drive-in day.

Fairfax High School FFA Chapter member Josh Smith was one of the tractor commuters Feb. 26.

Fairfax High School FFA Chapter members drove their tractors and four-wheeler to school on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, in celebration of National FFA Week. The tractor drive has been a tradition for many years and thankfully, the weather cooperated this year and the roads were clear for the commute.

Fairfax FFA member Wyatt Burke shows off his ATV driving skills. For most farm kids, driving tractors and other farm equipment at a young age is a part of life. Although Wyatt is demonstrating a stunt, the FFA members know how to drive and handle the equipment safely and efficiently to not only help their parents, but to also keep their own farming operations running smoothly.

The calf was a popular pen at the Rock Port FFA petting zoo to visit for the kids.
