The Atchison County Commission met on Thursday, April 16, 2020. Present were: Presiding Commissioner Curtis Livengood, North District Commissioner Jim Quimby, South District Commissioner Richard Burke, and Susette Taylor, Clerk of the Commission.

Presiding Commissioner Livengood called the meeting to order.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Bills were reviewed and approved.

Road and Bridge Supervisor Adam Meyer presented the Sourcewell Contract #032515-JDC for a 2019 John Deere 333G Compact Track Loader,  $89,840.00. The commissioners voted to approve the purchase and give Presiding Commissioner Curt Livengood the authority to sign the agreement.

The commission continued review of the Outlaw Economic Agreement. It was approved by Attorney Schreader and forwarded to Louis Feldman.

Jennifer Sardigal called to introduce herself to the commission. She is the new Regional Director for MoDOT. The commission inquired about lettered routes within the floodplain that had been damaged and drainage along Highway 136 and the lettered routes. She said they would be inspecting them in the next few days and were working with FEMA on disaster claims. She agreed to inform the commission as to their progress.
